| Résumé : | This slim volume actualy offers one of the best insights into the tensions, differences, (and perhaps possibilities for reconciliation) between Judaism and Christianity. It manages to bring together blasphemous-devotional Yiddish fiction, Levinas, Bonhoeffer, Simone Weil.... It could be a proper tome, and in some ways I wish it were, but still very much worth reading. |
